Written contract
Like most full-time roles, you have the right to a written employment contract that outlines the terms and conditions of your engagement with the umbrella company, including your pay, working hours, and other relevant details.

One of the major benefits of working with an umbrella provider is that you become an employee of that company. This means you are entitled to employee benefits such as pension schemes, which you wouldn’t usually have access to as a self-employed contractor.
